By accessing and using Pro-Link, I acknowledge and agree that Logix and its successors, assigns, predecessors, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") has made no representation or warranty with respect to the fitness, quality, or suitability of any of the construction professionals listed on the Pro-Link ("Professional" or "Professionals"), including without limitation, that a particular Professional will be suitable for a particular purpose.
